He is admitted to practice before the Supremem Court of the United States, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Tax Court, several local Federal District Courts and the States of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Michigan.  He is a current and former member of the Board of Directors of the Bucks County Bar Association.  Mr. Kennedy was also President of the Charitable Foundation of the Bucks County Bar Association.  Mr. Kennedy was recented appointed by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to be a member of the Pennsylvania Board of Law Examiners for a three year term ending 2013.
